Andromeda has started the transition to a new fully automated online upgrade system. LensDoc, Perspective, Scatterlight and Shadow are now available to upgrade online with an immediate download. A previous serial number is required to upgrade.
If you have lost your serial number, please fill out our Tech Support form and include any previous order information (Name, Address, Phone, Email, Order number) and we will email you back. You can also contact us by phone at 1-800-547-0055.

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
-Please check our compatibility page before ordering to make sure that there is an upgrade available for the filter you own. The compatibility page lists the latest versions of our entire catalog. Upgrades for Series 2 3-D Luxe, Series 4 Techtures, Velociraptor, VariFocus, and Series 1 Photography are not available unless your original version is on a floppy disk. If you own a floppy version of any of the above products than you can upgrade to the CD version.
Artistic Screening Tools Upgrades
-Version 2.1 of the Artistic Screening Tools Collection, which contains the Cutline, Etchtone, and Series 3 Screens Filters is now available for upgrade purchase. This new version is compatible with PhotoShop CS3, Intel Macs and Windows Vista.
For these products, upgrades are available individually for $19.95, or $39.95 for all three (if you own the entire collection).
The Artistic Screening Tools upgrades are not automated and must be verified manually. You should not expect a download link immediately; you will be sent a confirmation e-mail which contains the information you submitted.
Once your order is submitted, you should expect to recieve your download link (for Cutline, Etchtone and Screens) by the end of the same business day (if submitted before 4pm PST) or the end of the following business day (if submitted after 4pm PST).
