Adobe Photoshop CS2

All of our Windows plug-ins are compatible with Adobe Photoshop CS2. Any issues or problems should be forwarded to techsup@andromeda.com.

Demo Downloads

I can't get my PC demo to unzip correctly.
Get the latest version of WinZip at www.winzip.com.

I get an error when I try to download Andromeda Filter Demos.
Contact your Internet Browser manufacturer and download the latest version of your browser if you don't already have it installed.  If this doesn't solve the problem, your Internet Service Provider may be having problems.  You can find all of the Andromeda Filter Demos on the Photoshop CD in the "Third Party Products" folder.

When I download one of the Andromeda Filter demos, the download begins but then "hangs up" and never completes.

I purchased my PC product at your website and after download the file won't open.

I purchased my PC product at your website and after download, the file won't open and I have the latest version of WinZip.  Is the file corrupt?  What should I do ?
You can go to http://www.digitalriver.com/cs/   or call customer service 1-800-656-5426.  To get help re-downloading or locating your product, reg. number and manual, check shipping status on physical orders, print  your invoice or e-mail confirmation, or get answers to general questions about your purchase
